We are delighted to announce two significant wins in arbitration cases before the Vienna International Arbitration Center (VIAC) of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber.
Our firm successfully represented a former member of the Executive Board of the National Electricity Transmission Company – Transelectrica S.A. in two complex disputes. These cases involved obtaining recognition of the client’s rights following the unjust revocation of a mandate contract and securing damages, including monetary rights under a non-compete clause.
