Alina Ciuciu, căci despre ea este vorba, este o pictoriță de origine română, stabilită de mulți ani în Italia, care a cucerit prin arta sa, atât publicul din România, cât și cel de peste hotare.

Originară din Oradea, Alina Ciuciu a absolvit Universitatea De Vest din Timișoara – Facultatea de Filosofie și Psihologie.
Cu un loc de muncă bine plătit într-o multinațională, într-una dintre cele mai frumoase zone ale Italiei, lângă Lacul Garda, Alina Ciuciu se putea considera o femeie împlinită.
Totuşi, a simţit că trebuie să se reinventeze, aşa că a renunţat la job pentru a se dedica în exclusivitate familiei şi pasiunii sale: PICTURA.
Aventura ei în lumea picturii începe în anul 2001, când aflată într-o vacanță în Egipt este descoperită de un antreprenor egiptean care îi achiziționează picturile.
În 2010 are loc întâlnirea dintre talentul ei și tehnica picturii în ulei, care se concretizează mai apoi, în anul 2013, în prima sa expoziție individuală, desfășurată în orașul Salo, din Italia.
Deznodământul?
Alina Ciuciu și-a transformat emoțiile, sentimentele, trăirile și euforia sa în cea mai frumoasă poveste, ce avea să devină chiar profesia ei.
Pictând adesea cu cuţitul sau cu degetele, în numai 4 ani, Alina a realizat până acum nu mai puțin de 1200 de tablouri, toate devenind deja hrană vizuală pentru mulți iubitori de artă.

Cum ajunge pictorița Alina Ciuciu subiectul principal într-o fraudă de milioane de EUR – fără a avea nicio implicare
O poveste ciudată într-adevăr, pe care judecătorul cazului, Guido Salvini, a numit-o „înșelătorie complexă și bizară în domeniul operelor de artă și al criptomonedelor.”
Două persoane care au pretins că sunt consultanți financiari și avocați, sunt arestați la domiciliu prin ordinul judecătorului Salvini.
Ancheta, coordonată de procurorul adjunct Eugenio Fusco și de procurorul Carlo Scalas, a fost condusă de milanezul Fiamme Gialle după denunțul făcut de o femeie înșelată cu 125,000 EUR, care ar fi fost „folosiți” parțial pentru achiziționarea a 12 „micro -cadruri false ascunse în picturile lui Leonardo da Vinci ”și 32 de „fracțiuni digitale ”(a câte 2,000 de EUR fiecare) din lucrările pictoriței noastre, Alina Ciuciu, aflată TOTAL în necunoștiință de cauză.
Înșelătoria ar fi implicat în jur de 200 de clienți.
La un calcul simplu, putem deduce ușor că întreaga fraudă se învârte în jurul milioanelor de EUR.
Firul fraudei de milioane de EUR
Presupusul avocat, în vârstă de 46 de ani, și presupusa consultantă financiară de 49 de ani, (fără a deține un titlu în acest sens), lansează invitația femeii care a făcut denunțul, de a se alătura unui fond de investiții care avea scopul de a răspândi o Galerie Internațională Web prin crearea unor reprezentări digitalizate a celor mai importante opere de artă, o practică care devine la modă în ultima perioadă.
Fiecare lucrare (femeii i s-a explicat în broșuri captivante și în termeni tehnici precum: blockchain, NFTs = an evolution of fine art collecting, only for digital art etc.), dar mai pe românește, ar fi fost împărțită în porțiuni unice din care oricine s-ar alătura fondului ar fi devenit proprietar și ar fi fost stabilit un titlu de proprietate în acest sens, pentru fiecare fracțiune dintr-un întreg (token), un fel de „jeton digital” a cărui valoare ar fi crescut rapid, în câțiva ani de până la zece ori – ca urmare a creșterii automate a valorii artei mondiale.
Alte trei persoane sunt anchetate conform declarațiilor judecătorului care se ocupă de acest caz, unul dintre ei fiind Managerul Comercial al companiei Xchampion – un holding cu sediul în Singapore, fondat de magnații asiatici, care era pe punctul de a deschide o serie de sucursale și în Europa.
O parte din banii furați de la femeie, „egală cu 24,000 EUR” ar fi fost destinați achiziționării a 12 micro-cadre false „ascunse în picturile lui Leonardo da Vinci”, descoperite de un presupus „expert”, datorită unei „extraordinare” descoperiri științifice.
Alți 16,000 EUR ar fi fost folosiți pentru a cumpăra 32 fracțiuni digitale ale tablourilor semnate de pictorița româncă, Alina Ciuciu.
Banii au plecat în Elveția.
Utilizarea unor termeni tehnici precum token, blockchain și smart contract au servit pentru a înșela posibilii clienti și a existat chiar si „un counter online” care indica creșterea valorii „micro-panourilor” existente, ce fuseseră „descoperite” datorită „referințelor” de natură ezoterică, și care, iată, puteau fi ințelese doar de „experții din domeniu”.
Potrivit ziarului italian „Corriere della Sera”, victimele au raportat că au primit propunerea de „cumpărare a micro-cadrelor al căror preț era stabilit la 2,000 EUR/ fiecare și că în scurt timp ar fi atins valoarea de 20,000 EUR/fiecare ”, învestind 70,000 EUR prin diverse transferuri.
Nu doar publicațiile italiene au scris despre acest subiect.

Iată deci ce a adus globalizarea, dar și era digitalizării – un control diminuat al proprietății (indiferent că ne referim la cea de natura activelor fizice sau asupra celei intelectuale) și implicit asupra identității proprii.
Din seria viața bate filmul, cred că putem spune acum că Dan Brown, cu bestsellerul său, Da Vinci Code, a fost doar un amator, pe lângă „profesioniștii” din această poveste.

We are talking about Alina Ciuciu, an artist born and raised in Romania, established for many years in Italy, which conquered through her art, both the Romanian and foreign audiences.

How became the artist Alina Ciuciu the main subject in a fraud of millions of EUR – without having any involvement
Strange story indeed, if the same judge signed it two stops defines it “complex and bizarre scam in the field of works of art and cryptocurrencies.“
The two who passed off as financial consultant and lawyer, they are finished under arrest by order of the investigating judge Guido Salvini.
The investigation, coordinated by the deputy prosecutor Eugenio Fusco and by the prosecutor Carlo Scalas, was conducted by the Milanese Fiamme Gialle after the denunciation of a woman duped for 125 thousand EUR which should have been used in part for the purchase of 12 imaginary “micro-frames hidden in Leonardo da Vinci’s paintings” and 32 “digital fractions” (of 2,000 EUR each) of works made by our painter, Alina Ciuciu, UNAWARE of everything that happened.

The thread of the fraud of millions of EUR
The man, (46 years old), who pretended to be a lawyer and the women, (49 years old), who acted as a financial consultant without having a title, proposed to the woman who made the denunciation
“to join an investment fund that had the purpose of spreading an International Web Gallery by creating a digitized representation of the most important works of art “, a practice that is becoming fashionable in the last period.
Each work – it had been explained to her in captivating brochures and mysterious terms (blockchain, NFTs = an evolution of fine art collecting, only for digital art etc.), but in English spoken casually – “would have been divided into single portions of which whoever joined the fund would become the owner and the title of ownership would be established for each fraction from a “token”, a sort of digital token whose value would have risen rapidly in a few years “, so they said,” up to tenfold “as a result of the automatic growth in the value of world art.”
Three other people are investigated in this case, one of them being the Commercial Manager of the company Xchampion, according to the judge.
Xchampion is a holding company based in Singapore, founded by Asians tycoons, which was about to open a series of branches in Europe.
Part of the money stolen from the women, “equal to 24 thousand EUR”, would have been used for the ‘purchase of 12 “micro-frames hidden in Leonardo da Vinci’s paintings” , discovered by an alleged “expert” thanks to an extraordinary “scientific discovery”.
Another “16 thousand EUR” would have been used to buy 32 „Token Art of paintings” made by the artist – Alina Ciuciu.
The money went to Switzerland.
The use of technical terms such as token, blockchain and smart contract served to deceive the possible target customers, and there was even “an elusive online counter” to indicate the increase in value of the non-existent “micro-panels” discovered thanks to “references of an esoteric nature. “.
According to the Italian newspaper “Corriere della Sera“, the victims reported that they received the proposal to “buy micro-frames whose price was set at 2,000 EUR / each and would soon reach the value of 20,000 EUR / each“, investing 70,000 EUR by various transfers.

But in the face of this kind of news that has been picked up by all the major countries on the planet, as I mentioned above, nobody from the Romanian press
has „bothered” to write about this subject. And I’m saying this because in Romania, we don’t know “to give to the Caesar what belongs to the Caesar’s”, nor to defense those few people who carry our Country Brand further.
Those who make Romania to mean a lot more. Those who make us feel proud to be Romanians.
In other words, we don’t know how to defend them, to bring them to the forefront when needed.
