ARESTED BY THE INVENTIONS – The Bucharest Tribunal ordered the acquittal of former state secretary of the Ministry of Health Alin Tucmeanu. Accused of complicity in bribe giving, through a indictment signed by the DNA Prosecutor Ana Dana Manuela  proclamation and confirmed by prosecutor Claudiu Dumitrescu, Tucmeanu was acquitted on the grounds that the deed did not exist. Alin Tucmeanu was held 10 days in preventive arrest

Sentence for the former State Secretary of the Health Ministry Alin Tucmeanu. Sacked by the DNA, arrested and thrown off bars, then sued for two alleged bribe-taking complicity, Tucmeanu was acquitted a few days ago by the Bucharest Tribunal.

The decision to pay was made under art. 16 par. 1 lit. and C.pr.pen. which states that “the deed does not exist”. Practically, the court cleared the indictment drafted in March 2016 by the DNA proclamation Ana Dana and confirmed by the head of the 2nd Section of DNA at that time, the prosecutor Claudiu Dumitrescu (photo), ascertaining that Tucmeanu was sued without having committed an offense. It is terrible that the former state secretary spent 10 days in detention.

Lumeajustitiei.ro contacted Alin Tucmeanu’s lawyer, lawyer George Moloman, coordinator at SCPA Moloman, Lazar and associates, for a point of view, but he did not want to make any comments, given that the sentence is not final.
